Information Diaries
These encompass all other diary categories, including personal and 'resubmit' diaries.
Some of these diaries will be created personally (usually through the file location function), but they can also be generated as general information by the system where PRACSYS recognises a user needs to be told something. Such diaries will usually be sent to the claims manager.
