Inbuilt Diary Parameters
Each diary has been designed so it can usually be amended and therefore reviewed at a later date. Exceptions will be where there is no extension allowed on a diary (the diary is so important that it cannot be delayed).
Diaries can be amended by date or days so the diary is regenerated at a later time.
However, there are inbuilt total days set against each diary, so that once the date/days has been amended up to the maximum allowed, it can no longer be amended.
Example |
Using a 'Reconsideration Decision Reminder' diary as an example, when amending it: |
the diary date/days cannot be altered by more than 30 days each time a user amends it, |
up to a maximum of 60 days in total (effectively, the user can amend it twice). |
After the 60 days have been reached, the diary will stay listed until a reconsideration decision is entered onto the system, as it is an Action diary. |
