Checking Receipts

Sometimes receipts look a bit suspicious too, particularly when they are the newsagent purchased variety.  Again, ensure the name, address and phone number of the provider are included on the receipt.  If not, return the receipt to the employee, and leave the matter with him or her to follow up.

Only make payment when quite satisfied that the receipt is bona fide.
