The Legislation In This Volume
While the majority of non-incapacity payments fall under the auspices of section 16, there are also many related “non incapacity” benefits which are addressed in separate volumes in this Manual (including permanent impairment and some death payments).
However, information in this volume is not limited to only basic “medical” claims. Taking into account the types of general payments made on PRACSYS, this volume discusses issues relating to medical, travel and rehabilitation expenses, as well as services associated with assistance in the home.
