Creating Invoices

Invoice payment does not only refer to medical payments.

There are a number of different payments that are made from the 'Create Claim Invoice' screen:

  • medical;

  • travel;

  • rehabilitation;

  • permanent impairment;

  • other lump sum payments, such as for death;

  • household services and attendant care;

  • legal costs; and

  • common law and third party related payments.

Ironically, for such a simple process, there are many things which must be understood prior to correctly entering payments.

The 'Create Claim Invoice' screen has two pages:

  • Page one - general invoice details and total invoice cost;

  • Page two - specific invoice line item details and costs.
