CREATE CLAIM INVOICE' in the Claims Management application

Where a determination is made to pay an amount into Comcare's Trust Account for the benefit of a claimant, the following steps must be taken:

  • a copy of any determination which is issued; and

  • a supporting memo setting out full details about the claimant/s for whom the money is being put into trust should be drafted.

These should then be forwarded to the Trust Accounts Officer in the Financial Services Group (Corporate Centre).

The Trust Accounts Officer will ensure that any monies allocated to the trust account are correctly administered on behalf of the claimant.
