Only one claim may be investigated using the Calculator

It is possible that a client may have several current claims for different medical conditions, arising from separate events (eg. a lifting injury and a motor vehicle accident).  If this is the case, the investigation using the Incapacity Calculator must be conducted in relation to only one claim (which may constitute one or several medical conditions).

The assessor must specify, in response to this question, which claim is being investigated.
