Relevance of this question

If the client's circumstances do not satisfy this stage it may be appropriate for the investigation to be ended and the client informed.

If so, the assessor should answer Yes to the question.  The final determination screen will be displayed for a formal recommendation by the assessor as to the acceptance or rejection of the claim prior to the report entry being displayed on the Summary screen.

In making the decision to end the investigation, the assessor should refer to the discussion of “Denying or Ceasing Liability”, including the client's right to reconsideration of the determination.

If the assessor wishes to proceed with the investigation the default setting of No should be accepted.
