Previous redemption for an injury

Section 31 comes into operation where the increased degree of incapacity results from the same injury as the injury in respect of which a redemption was paid. As a matter of policy, s 31 will also be applied where a client claims that incapacity arises from a different injury to that which was originally subject to a s 30 redemption.
