Suitable employment
Refer to the separate discussion of “suitable employment”, as defined in s 4(1) of the SRC Act. Note that Reservists are covered by paragraph (b) of the definition of “suitable employment” as they are not “a permanent employee of the Commonwealth” on the date of their injury in Reserve employment.
