This question is testing whether a Reservist is in receipt of superannuation from a Commonwealth Government-funded superannuation scheme.  Where the client is receiving Commonwealth superannuation, it may be appropriate to take that superannuation into account for the purposes of the superannuation rules (ss 20, 21 & 21A).

The superannuation rules provide that receipt of Commonwealth superannuation may, in certain circumstances, lead to a reduction of weekly incapacity compensation payments.
