This question is testing whether it is appropriate to take Commonwealth superannuation into account for the purposes of the superannuation rules (ss 20, 21 & 21A).  The superannuation rules provide that receipt of Commonwealth superannuation by a Reservist client may, in certain circumstances, lead to a reduction of weekly incapacity compensation payments.
