2.2 Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004 (MRCA) Benefits

Lump sum payments under the MRCA take Disability Compensation Payment into account when they are calculated, therefore no offsetting is required under the VEA. However, incapacity payments made under the MRCA are treated the same as incapacity payments made under DRCA.
