1.4.3 The Debt Recovery Manual

The Debt Recovery Manual contains information about:

  • the various recovery methods available - e.g. cash repayment, recovery by withholdings, external recovery etc;
  • penalties incurred for failure to comply with or come to an acceptable repayment arrangement; and
  • non-recovery options - ie waiver, write-off, deferral, suspension.
