• Board members and staff are required to undergo a Working With Children check.
• WWC background check requests can be made through the website.  
• Board members and staff are also required to complete a Prohibited Employment Declaration (PED) (if they have not already done so). This declaration form can be located on the website.
• The relevant legislation is the Child Protection (Prohibited Employment) Act 1998 (NSW) and the Commission for Children and Young People Act 1998 (NSW).
