Note: On 20 July 2009 Balmain Trilogy Investment Management Pty Ltd (a subsidiary of Trilogy Funds Management Limited) replaced City Pacific Limited as the fund manager of the City Pacific First Mortgage Fund and changed the fund's name to Pacific First Mortgage Fund.  The original deeming exemption continues to apply to the Pacific First Mortgage Fund as the operation of the fund has not changed.
