"TELEPHONE PENSIONER CONCESSION SCHEME"

As you are no doubt aware, Telecom Australia currently offers telephone concessions to recipients of pensioner benefits who meet the criteria established under the Telecom Pension Concession Scheme. The concessions include a forty percent discount off the first ten local calls made each month and a $50.00 reduction on the connection of a new service.

2.As some DVA pension recipients may have questions concerning their eligibility for the concessions, which differ from Telephone Allowance eligibility, Telecom has advised the availability of a contact person. Any written enquiries or complaints received by Branches may be directed to:
