AMENDMENT TO DI 39/93 REGARDING CLAIMS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS) PROSECUTIONS NETWORK

The purpose of this instruction is to advise staff of an error contained in Departmental Instruction number B39/93 issued on 23/7/93 regarding the implementation of the new CMS network for recording prosecution cases.

2.Paragraph 4 of that Instruction states that Stage Number 890 is the stage number to be assigned to a prosecution case which is withdrawn from Registration.

3.Please be advised that this is incorrect and that Stage Number 899 is the stage number to be used for case withdrawal at the Registration stage for a prosecution case.
