The Over 65 Work Capacity Test -
Special Rate - 24(2A)(c) and 28
Intermediate Rate – 23(3A)(c) and 28
- This test requires that the veteran's incapacity from accepted conditions must be of such a nature as, of itself alone, to render the veteran in the case of Special Rate, permanently incapable of undertaking remunerative work for periods aggregating more than 8 hours per week, or in the case of Intermediate Rate, for more than 50% of the full-time hours ordinarily worked or 20 hours per week.
- This test is the same as the Work Capacity test for veterans under age 65.
