To work with DVA clients, rehabilitation service provider organisations need to:
- be an approved rehabilitation service provider, specifically, a Comcare-approved rehabilitation provider or, in exceptional circumstances, a MRCC-approved provider; and
- from 1 July 2016, satisfy a number of DVA-specific requirements.
