10.12.9 Other MVCS compensation

An eligible person is entitled to compensation under the MVCS for the cost of:

insurance, insofar as the insurance relates to any modifications; and
repairs to any modifications that have been made as a result of compensation to modify a motor vehicle under the MVCS.
