28.1 Section 37(7) suspensions (Rehab)

Suspensions from compensation resulting from S3 — 7(7) – i.e. a provision which has effect when a client fails without reasonable excuse to comply with a rehabilitation program – relate to ALL of that client's compensation claims. The client is entirely 'cut off' from all financial benefits and/or further action to advance all and any of those claims.
