Defcare has the facility to generate system tasks based on certain milestones being reached during the lifetime of a claim that require an incapacity action. and include 1 — st General Review, Ongoing General Review, age 55 and Age Pension age Review, 45 Week Review as well as Payment End Date Review (linked to PMKeyS).
