7.15.2 Survival of Right to Claim after Death
Where an eligible person dies without making a claim for liability in relation to a service injury or disease, their legal personal representative may make a claim, with any compensation being payable to the estate. See 11.7.6.1 Survival of claims | CLIK for further information.
