Where a claim is determined
Income Support claims are processed on a national, rather than state, basis. The location in which a claim is determined may change at management discretion. For the most up to date processing location/s, follow this link to the National Income Support Directory.
The Income Support Hub (ISH) shows where a claim is being assessed and who it is being assessed by. The Inbox can be sorted to show all claims assigned to a particular state or person, by selecting an state and/or assessor from the “Assigned to” drop down box.
