35697 [2] the veteran had alcohol dependence or alcohol abuse at the time of the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. [3]

35698 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the alcohol dependence or alcohol abuse and VEA service for the clinical onset of peripheral neuropathy.

35699 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the alcohol dependence or alcohol abuse and operational service for the clinical onset of peripheral neuropathy.
