This is a neurological disorder which manifests with restless legs. This is not the same as periodic limb movement disorder which has separate RMA SOPs. Both conditions cause limb movement, but the periodic limb movement disorder occurs during sleep with the restless legs syndrome occurring when awake. ICD codes are: ICD-9 333.99; ICD-10 G25.8.
